How long is the turnaround time?
The approximate turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time I receive your ashes/items in the mail. However, I always try to get my orders out in a timely matter. The turnaround time around the holiday season can take up to 8-10 weeks.
How much of the ashes do you need?
Only one teaspoon is required for jewelry pieces. Please place ashes in a ziplock baggie (double bagged is preferred)
What will you do with the leftover ashes?
All unused ashes will be returned with your finished piece.
Can you honor multiple loved ones in one piece?
Absolutely! The ashes of multiple loved ones can be mixed together in the same piece of jewelry.

Will my cremation jewelry look the same as pictured?
My goal is for each piece to look like the piece that you chose. The setting will be the same, but the stone itself could look different. I add a pearl white powder (unless another color is requested) to the ash to create a beautiful look. Each stone is unique to the ashes quality, texture, and color. Some ashes have chunky or dark pieces, some are fine like sand and are light. Just like your loved one, they are all beautiful and unique.

Will my piece be able to withhold daily wear?
Please care for your jewelry as you would any other piece of fine jewelry. The most important things to avoid are harsh chemicals, alcohol-based products, sharp or abrasive items, and prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight. I would recommend removing the jewelry while showering or swimming to keep it safe from any chemicals.

If the cremation ring I ordered is the wrong size, can you resize it?
I do not resize rings, but you can take your ring to be resized at your local jewelry shop. I strongly suggest getting your finger professionally sized before ordering. A local jeweler will be able to size your finger free of charge.

Can you add hair/fur in with the ashes? Or can you make it with just hair/fur and no ashes?
Absolutely! I have made jewelry both ways and they have both come out beautiful.

Can you use different colors other than white?
Yes, please send me a message or leave a note on the checkout page with your desired color.

What is your Return/Refund policy?
Unfortunately I do not offer returns on memorial jewelry. Please send me a message if you have questions or concerns about your item.
